Aqua Shield™ Sunrooms have all the advantages of traditional sunrooms, and incorporate a one-piece seamless aluminum frame design for strength, beauty and easy operation. Our Sunrooms maintains a watertight seal and generates solar energy for a comfortable maintenance free environment.
AquaShield™ Sunrooms are manufactured in the USA, and are made with the highest quality materials produced by General Electric and Alcoa Aluminum. Our products are covered by Aqua Shields™ 10 year warranty.

Sizes

Sunroom model using clear tint polycarbonate glazing: Widths available from 6 feet to 18 feet wide; length available from 12 feet to 100 feet. Ideal for both residential and commercial applications.

Sunroom model using twin wall polycarbonate glazing: Widths available from 6 feet to 22 feet wide; length available from 13 feet 6 inches to 100 feet. Ideal for both residential and commercial applications.

Components:

Frame Section: US grade 6061-T6 reinforced extruded aluminum alloy one piece seamless arches, precision engineered to slide on wheels for smooth traction.

Sweep: Each section includes a 2-inch sweep that seals out drafts, and protects the interior of enclosure from dust, rain, insects etc. Sunroom model does not include a rain cap. We recommend you build one 10 to 12 inches wide.

Glazing:

8mm, twin-walled polycarbonate thermal glazing.

4mm, clear tint solid polycarbonate glazing.

Anti Dust Sealer: Anti Dust Sealer will prevent mold, algae, dust and insects from entering the channels, ensure the clarity of multi-wall glazing. It is moisture and temperature resistant and enables continuous drainage of condensation. Read more about Anti Dust Sealer

Wall tracks: Reinforced, clear anodized aluminum wall tracks designed for smooth traction. You can open or close the sunroom in less than a minute.

Ground tracks: Reinforced, clear anodized aluminum ground tracks designed for smooth traction. You can open or close the sunroom in less than a minute. Our tracks provide security from high wind and snow load conditions, while remaining foot friendly.

Trackless(Ground Only): Slides on wheels, secures to the ground with turn knobs into two flush mount anchors.(No tools required)

End panels: Enclosure includes two end panels. One end panel comes with a 30-36 inch patio sliding door. Additional single or double sliding doors available.

Hardware & Fasteners: Aqua Shield™ Sunroom use only stainless steel and aluminum hardware and fasteners throughout the entire enclosure.

That is why our specially trained personnel carefully pack each AquaShield™ Sunroom onto the truck ourselves, ensuring that it will arrive at your home or site in the same perfect condition that it left our factory in.

In addition all shipments are fully insured.

Installation

Aqua Shield™ Telescopic Sunroom arrives fully assembled and is easy to install!

Aqua Shield™ Sunrooms can be installed on most flat surfaces.

Warranty:

Aqua Shield™ aluminum structure is guaranteed for 10 years. Polycarbonate glazing is guaranteed by the manufacturer for 10 years.

* Aqua Shield, Inc. Sunroom Enclosure is a Telescopic removable structure. Property Taxes should not increase. Aqua Shield telescopic enclosures are designed based on the 2000 International Building Code and its Supplements as adapted by the 2003 New York State Building Code, the 2000 Specification for Aluminum Structures by the Aluminum Association, and other building codes and standards referenced therein. Inquire with your local township for any requirements. Aqua Shield can design structures customized to meet local codes and standards upon request.
